Just re-read One Piece manga Chapter 779- “The Last Fight” which by the
way is the main reason why I drew Bellamy for today’s post. Well, not that of
an important character he is, but Oda just did a good job in giving him the magnitude
he deserves on this chapter. I just like the way how Oda showed us how highly
developed Bellamy’s character is now compared way back before time-skip. To all Bellamy fans out there, this is for you all!

I agree that its a shame that bellamys dialogs once again have been overshadowed by laws cliffhanger death and its the 2nd time he gets overshadowed by law 1rst time was in the chapter "bellamy the pirate"
ReplyDeleteHe had some quite emotional lines of respect for luffy anyway i was expecting oda to be more creative with bellamys df i really cant think that the guy who thought so many cool moves for law he only thought spring hopper technique and the deathknock technique for bellamy who is similar to the gomu gomu no pistol.
I like the fact that bellamy can use armament haki iam also hoping to see few better and more complex and strong moves for bellamy. He needs more creativity i didnt saw that creativity in this arc iam hoping i will see it in a future arc if he shows himself again in the near future.

DeleteI can say, in general, his character has improved. Only that, his DF ability needs more exposure as to how he has improved using it. From what he has displayed in the coliseum, it’s quite not that impressive if we were to quote on his entire character’s development. But with how Oda does things, which he usually brings back past characters into action in the future, we’ll be seeing more of him perform, hopefully by then, more than what we had expected.
